Every watch in one rankable database.
Candidates and the collection share one master list with research, variants, media, and citations attached. Everything stays in this file until you export a backup.

Personal-fit lens & buy-first order
weights, rules, and the value model
Eight editable weights. They recalculate the fit score live and never overwrite your manual rank.
Buy-first order
Buy the cheaper one first when the ratings are close. Each candidate gets a quality score from your rank, personal fit, and execution (the first three weights), then loses points for price: the value weight sets how many quality points a 10× price difference costs (30 → 1.5, so two watches within about a point flip to the cheaper one even at $500 vs $5,000; 20 is gentler, 40 lets price dominate). Sort the database by Buy first to use it.

Ranks are yours alone. Provisional rows keep a deterministic order until you place them. The retired diver-research list is not imported.
Drag candidate rows to reorder, or expand a row and use the ↑ ↓ rank buttons. Set an exact rank number in Edit.
